  • Credit & Exemption Application
  • Abatement Application - An Abatement Form may be submitted following the second issue tax billing and no later than March 1st immediately following. 
  • Disability Exemption Qualifications - For any Disability Exemption applications, please submit this worksheet with Permanent Application for Property Tax Credit/Exemption (PA-29), which can be found here.
  • Elderly Exemptions - For any Elderly Exemption applications, please submit this worksheet with Permanent Application for Property Tax Credit/Exemption (PA-29), which can be found here.
  • Veteran's Credit Qualifications - Please review & complete this worksheet for any Veteran's Credit applications. Please submit with Permanent Application for Property Tax Credit/Exemption (PA-29), which can be found here.
  •  Charitable and Religious Exemption - All Charitable and Religious exempt properties must complete the A-9 form no later than April 15th of the year applying.
  •  Charitable Organization Financial Statement - Charitable organizations must complete the A-12 form and return to the Assessor's Office with financial documents no later than June 1st of the year applying.  Religious organizations do not need to submit financials.
  • DP-8 Form- Low & Moderate Income Homeowner Property Tax Relief.  File with the State between May 1st and June 30th to recieve a portion of the State education tax paid during the 2019 tax year.
