Notice of Public Hearing

The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 20th, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.   Notice is hereby given, in accordance with RSA 36-A:4 and RSA 36 A:5, the Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the disbursements of funds in the amount of twenty-five ($25,000) from the conservation fund for the Conservation Commission’s use as a contribution to a qualified organization for the purchase of property interests.  Further, to accept a land donation to the Town, acting through its Conservation Commission, of the following property from the Gilmanton Land Trust: “Kelley Property”, Sanborn Hill Rd, tax map 426-032.

The Public Hearing will be held at the Town Offices, Gilmanton Academy Building
