Crystal Lake Park Usage
Park Usage Request Form - Crystal Lake Park rules and requirements for scheduled events and usage.
- Line all garbage cans (You bring in, you need to take it out.)
- Sweep kitchen and backroom floors.
- Clean counter tops, refrigerators, sink and fold-in tables
- Pick up pole barn, playground and field if necessary.
- Sweep out bathrooms (broom in each)
- Turn off all lights.
- Lock bathrooms, back door with bar, all windows with re-bars, kitchen and gate.
- All vehicles are to be moved to the main parking lots unless unloading.
- Return all keys.
- No dogs in the swimming area, all dogs must be on a leash and owner must pick up all waste.
- Tables in - September 30th
- Water is turned off by October 1st
- Parking Lot closes- October 30th
