Motor Vehicle Registration

Renewals are the only motor vehicle transaction available for E-Reg. You will receive a PIN number with your renewal notice that you may use to process online.
E-Reg payments may be made by ACH Payment or by using a credit card.
Starting on April 1st, 2023, our citizen-sponsored fees will be adjusted as follows:
Online transaction fees: $1.75 per item (previously $1.50)
Credit card processing fees: 2.99% (previously 2.79%)
Minimum credit card fee & flat ACH fees: $2.50
E-Check payments: $1.50 per payment
Payments may still be made by Cash. We participate in a "One Check" system with the State of NH which allows our customers to write one check, made payable to the "Town of Gilmanton" for all motor vehicle transactions.
