Members Needed: Conservation Commission

Description: There are currently openings for Five (5) Alternate Members. The Conservation Commission is an all-volunteer group that is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Operates under NH RSA 36-A, which empowers the Conservation Commission to provide "for the proper utilization and protection of natural resources and for the protection of watershed resources of said city or town." Members Needed: Historic District Commission

Description: Seeking five(5) Alternate Members. The Historic District Commission certifies compliance with the Historic District Ordinances enacted by the town's voters. The goal is to preserve the historical and architectural heritage of the Historic District Zones of the Town. Members Needed: Zoning Board of Adjustment

Description: Seeking five(5) Alternates. The Board has the authority to act in three separate and distinct categories being an appeal from the administrative decision, approval of special exception or the granting of variances. Hears appeals; and administers special provisions in the Zoning Ordinance dealing with variances, special exceptions, and administrative decisions.
