How do I get property record cards and property maps?

Property cards are available on the Town's online tax maps (AxisGIS).  Just select the parcel and click on "Avitar Property Card" under the Documents and Links section.  Property cards may be printed for a fee at the Selectmen's Office or may be emailed. Please submit requests by email.
