Selectmen's Office
The Selectmen''s Office assists the public with applying for building permits, general assistance, Zoning Board of Adjustment inquiries and applications for variances and special exceptions, Historic District Commission inquiries and applications, intent to cut applications, gravel excavation applications, current use applications, assessing information, Planning Board information and applications for subdivision, site plans, and boundary line adjustments, tax exemptions applications, and other general information.

        The Gilmanton Board of Selectmen is a 3 member elected board.  Each elected member serves a 3 year term.

        This Board will meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 pm., or as posted.  Please contact the Town Administrator, to be placed on the agenda.

New Meeting Hours Beginning in September 2015 - 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 6:00 pm, or as posted. Please call to be placed on the agenda.
2017 Voter's Guide: TOWN Warrant, Guide, Budget, Default etc - 2017 Town Warrant Articles, Voters Guide, Town Budget & Default Budget. The First Session (Deliberative) is on Saturday, 2/4/17, 10 am at the Gilmanton School. 2nd Session/ Voting is Tuesday 3/14/17, 7-7 at the Academy Building.

Office Hours for 2-13-2017 - Due to storm the office will be open 2-4:30 p.m.; BOS meeting will occur as scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
NEW MAIL DROP BOX - There is a drop box located to the right hand side of the Academy Building's main entrance doors with a brass mail slot.
